Since I'm in the US, I find it a bit hard to wrap my head around the 24-hour clock. Would you be willing to support inputs like `:EVENT 1:00pm-1:30pm eventname`?

It might be nice if timestamps of the form "h" were interpreted as "h:00", so we could input events like `:EVENT 9-10 eventname` or `:EVENT 13-13:30 eventname`.
