An alternative for this issue is to switch your cookies (max 4kb capacity) to https://github.com/rails/activerecord-session_store which provides a key/value storage directly in your db
@vfbsilva answered you on forum. It's compaining that you don't have `/var/www/html/crm-application/vendor/autoload.php` which must be generated automatically when you run `composer install`
I would remove this folder and reinstall everything again following the instructions they gave to you.

Another solution, could be to add the bot in to a systemd service and just restart it every X hours. [An example of how to do this here](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/31055194/how-can-i-configure-a-systemd-service-to-restart-periodically)

My guess is that people are using the https://github.com/cloudflare/cf-terraforming project nowadays, which left this part of the Terraformer project a bit behind on support.
