Hi, I orderered the [Olimex ESP32-EVB-EA ](https://www.olimex.com/Products/IoT/ESP32/ESP32-EVB/open-source-hardware) and it's reporting 4 MB of flash. I adjusted https://github.com/yoziru/esphome-zehnder-comfoair/blob/main/boards/esp32-evb.yml file locally and it seems to runs now.
