**Describe the issue**: May like issue #4853 **torch.cuda.is_available()** is FALSE at the second trial but TRUE at the first trial (by print). Also, it is TRUE when running the main.py....

系统manjaro最新，linux5.10，python3.9 一键安装，编译YCM成功后，写python代码时需要补全时报错：python version not support 修改.vimrc中Plug 'valloric/youcompleteme'（全改成小写）后自行编译YCM，才可以正常补全python 不知道是不是插件版本太旧？

字典路径太长了，没有显示的意义。 还有下方正在扫描的提示怎么去掉？shortmess+=c好像不起作用 很喜欢这个插件，大佬辛苦了。
