NuGet package does not link native libs

When using with .net core the dependency on Common is using a 4.6.1 build

Is it possible to fix this ?

Does not work with Microsoft.NETCore.App

When you change the project.json, you can use it with .NETCoreApp1.1. If you want i can create a pull request for this, but i'm not able to execute the tests...
