this is my try, in `./plugins/catch_pokemon/__init__.py` , `throw_pokeball` function. `bot.api_wrapper.catch_pokemon(...`. change to be `spin_modifier=random.uniform(0.1*random.uniform(1,7),1)`. but I think `normalized_reticle_size` still too high to easy get pokemon. but I am not sure...
