Could this issue be the similar to why I'm experiencing a Black-Screen in mirror mode? My main monitor is 4k and the 2nd monitor is 1080p. I'm testing at home....
It likely will only be problem at my home machine... But on 4K virtually no one uses Scaling at 100%. It even defaults higher. Print is too small to read.
Export to PDF should be removed, because as of 12/29/2016, it still does not work.
