Temporarily disable GPS while airplane mode is enabled

When phone is in airplane mode, GPS readings have no use since TowerCollector can't obtain tower cell data. So we could save a lot of battery by temporarily disabling GPS...

This makes Apertium module target an install of Apertium in the same computer where translate-shell is running (by default it listens in http://localhost:2737). A working setup can be easily obtained...
