FYI, I just submitted a similar PR #8 that adds support for passing the password as a command line argument (I did it before noticing this existing PR).
Sounds good. I guess I need to dig a bit in order to understand how to actually run it with ERC20 tokens, I've been using [the UI](https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/82pyi9/i_made_a_front_end_for_christian_lundkvists/) for the time...
FYI I generated the certificate on Git Bash using `'//CN=localhost\O=lnd'` as stated in the docs.
I didn't specify a custom rpchost. Will check this later this week (sorry for delayed response).
