button标签与@vue/runtime-dom中类型定义冲突

**问题描述** vscode里 type会被标红，点击调整到@vue/runtime-dom里了 

初始化不使用默认图片占位

初始化的时候，不想有默认图片占位，如何处理？example里，把imgSrc去掉后，就变成白的了
