Preference panel only shows the General tab but Appearance, Filters, Search and Accounts tab not showing any content or option. Is it due to only 11.2.1 compatibility?

After instalation both apps just crash wen try to open. Im on iPhone7, iOS 15.4 with many other tweaked apps working.
