Add support for unbuffered streaming

When using uncompressed formats its impossible to use the library on devices with little ram. E.g. a Raspberry Pi

when the you wrap the `cam.ReadFrame` and return the frame, the slice will be messed up when trying to write to writers (e.g. files) "invalid address"

plugin_AO adds: - the ability to register on AOMsgs / AOAdds / AORms & overwrite them (`RegisterAOHandler`) - functions to reserve global / server / client AOIDs (`GetGlobalAOID`, `GetServerAOID`, `ClientConn.GetFreeAOID`)...
