This is due to the React version mismatch , I upgraded to v18 locally and the error is gone. But seems pr is blocked according to @frandevel @TroyAlford

感谢回复，我发现lock文件被ignore了，但是即使这样，hexo的版本npm下载的也是5.4.2，hexo并没有提供ts的支持，所以在我的环境里下图的ts认为ts不是类型，我的报错都是由于hexo类型的确实导致的
