有手续费就不可行，之前这个策略运行的时候2万杠杆资金日交易额都在1亿以上，手续费即使0.01%也扛不住，而且收费市场会导致总交易量大幅下降，这个策略在没有交易量的市场行不通

要用不同的API token，同一个token并发请求量太大会被墙
