Running new install from Quickstart guide compiles with errors

This is an issue with CRA, see this [discussion](https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/discussions/11767) and this [pull request](https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/pull/11752). Here's a [temporary solution](https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/discussions/11767#discussioncomment-2421668) using Craco.

@MarcS1975 I have tried reproducing this, without success. I am running the latest version on iOS 26.1, within Safari, and new line does insert both "-" and "- [ ]"...

@MarcS1975 Unfortunately I don't have an Android phone to test this right now, hopefully someone else can/will take a look.
