avoid to use fadeIn effect to exists elements before
好像没有提到怎么使用layout，不知道支不支持呢？
如果我的某一个文件依赖了一个远程文件，虽然它会出现在file.asyncs表中，但它可能在Resource._ret.idmapping中不存在的，所以在lib/lang/html.js的200行开始，可能有个bug，就是拿不到这个远程文件，后面去判断这个file.isJsLike会有个错误报出 `[ERROR] Cannot read property 'isJsLike' of undefined`
