Updated from 1.2 to 1.5, people are no longer being moved from the waiting channel consistently

Can confirm that we've been having the listed number 1 problem on our server, as well. Haven't had anyone complain of 2-4 though.

Also tested further ( 1.9.0 ) by starting a non-live video, and then immediately joining on my laptop. Black screen, so for what it's worth, I can confirm this bug...
