fix for Bootstrap v5

This fixes it partially. The calling HTML page needs to have a reference to the popper.js library as its now required for bootstrap 5 dropdowns.

Casting videos doesn’t work

To add to everything other folks mentioned... I tried watching shows on the TV app of the new Apple TV+ service and it errored out as well.
