Allow a default/initial crop rectangle based on coordinates

As a developer, i want to set/change during run-time the crop boundaries (currently i can only get the actual crop rectangle but not set it)

Update pm2 version

`pm2-zabbix --discover` does not work (see [issues/50](https://github.com/greatcare/pm2-zabbix/issues/50)).
