Adds support for 'video' and 'skips' parameters in the URL so that the video and skip files can be hosted from the same server rather than uploaded from the client....

I found the wording of the filter sliders' help text a little confusing. Adding the verb 'Filters' before the existing message helped clarify the functionality.
