`argocd app sync` CLI command takes a long time to sync and seems to lose gRPC events.

i am having the same issue as well with the latest version of argocd cli

ENHANCE_YOUR_CALM and too_many_pings (again)

This is also happening to me when I'm using the ArgoCD cli to do the app sync.
