I have the same problems with the docker container running 1.5 (latest) with cloudmqtt bridge. Working with 1.4.12 not working with 1.5 (any version). So it's not Windows related.
These error codes are not RF15 specific but work for Honeywell (OEM) such as Orcon. I have the error codes from the RF modbus gateway but I don't know how...
No Honeywell OEM, I have documentation from Honeywell regarding the modbus gateway. I'll send you the documentation.
I have also problems with 2024.9.1 and .2 with the 0.42.0 release. 2024.8.3 is the last working version of HA core.
