Add the possibility for global macro inheritance. Import in base template and available in all inheriting templates. Maybe a `globalmacro` keyword?

@ericmorand @75th thanks guys. So you want `var ?? other_var` logic to be identical to `var ?: other_var`? It does actually feel more like the Twig way. I'll be looking...

Only some commands work

also pressing escape in the latest version does not remove the created cursors. i have to manually click with the mouse somewhere to get rid of them.
