Looks like there was a temporary issue with nabu casa server, maybe try reloading the integration, seems to work fine on my HA instance (2022.11.1)

I think there might be an issue with re-authenticating when the token has expired, I tried removing my integration and adding it again, and that seems to work fine, so...

It should be possible to refresh the refresh_roken, but still it's strange because the initial token should be valid for a year, and the integration is not live that long...
