Yes I would like this also. gfcCardStatus won't work for egpu implementation and I want a way to prevent my integrated graphics being used by applications completely.
Hello, thank you for this great app. I have this issue also; MBA (mid-2012) with eGPU and external display 2560x1440 - I will test the pre-release and report back.
I have this issue also with High Sierra, using eGPU and external display. Closing and reopening the lid of the macbook does nothing.
Is this connected to the general [High Sierra bug](https://github.com/Eun/DisableMonitor/issues/75) which has been filed?
