fix half-pixel offsets

Maybe no need to offset 0.5 pixel everywhere, hack vertical/horizontal line would fix most problems,

[0.7] view! is unhygienic

I think it is okay, because view! macro assume of `use leptos::prelude::*`

TOML: taplo lsp config not working

I can‘t reproduce it; it works well on my machine. The toml extension auto-downloads and runs taplo LSP. Check taplo downloaded to ~/.local/share/zed/extensions/work/toml and verified it's running with `pgrep taplo`...
