Consider adding option to not verify SSL certificate?

Thanks so much for maintaining this awesome library (I'm a big fan)! 😄

I was wondering if you would be open to considering adding a parameter to some of the functions in the content.py script which would allow users to choose to skip SSL certificate verification (setting the default to verify certification as is the current setting by default in your current use of the requests library)? I realize this may not be something you are comfortable with, but I thought it worth asking.

Should you be willing to accept this change, I would be more than happy to make a PR for your review?
