Weave doesn't work with k8s 1.23, maybe add something else?

@kbrowder, this issue might be resolved. this ticket was resolved recently to fix this https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1197490 . I've been using weave 2.8.1 on my kubic cluster running kubernetes v1.23.4.
