Does shairtunes.pl / hairtunes work for anyone having these issues? Perhaps the included libao isn't working?

It appears that the Apple header incorrectly describes asl_next() and asl_release() being available in iOS 7.0. They are not defined in the 7.0 SDK header (/usr/include/asl.h). I'll update this PR...

@andrewgiang you should be able to download the GDK Sneak Peek (https://developers.google.com/glass/develop/gdk/) but I don't believe that the emulator will work.
