This allows the Media Signalling server to tune the RTP TTL in for each stream.

Bad rendering for beamer generated images

It seems that the images generated by beamer (such as bullets) are not properly rendered. 

use route (to avoid installing iproute2 package) and add the route before exec, otherwise it doesn't even take effect
