Is this a wrapper on BLPAPI terminal only of can I use with B-Pipe as well? If so how can I authenticate using that library?

Does it work with B-pipe? If so how can I authenticate using certs and password?

The plug-in is definitely enabled but I don't see button labeled Add build step in the Configuration for a selected pipeline.
