Is there any way this can be fixed within the package itself? It's far more convenient, and it's also important that people don't have to look up this one issue...
Actually, Firefox on MacOS does support middle mouse button scroll with any external mouse.
This is essential to our project; we're using Liveshare and it's sped up development times by a bunch. I'd really like the maintainers to please enable this ASAP.
