torrents hang

not sure if not enough seeders or if this is some sort of hang, doesn't complete. Cortex console throws torrent error. Tried clean installs and other methods. ./torrent download 'infohash:0803be8fc7309d155dfcee65a92a6254bd55a3d2'...
