Easier destructuring with type annotations on binding patterns

Would auto_spread work with interface types e.g. `{...}: InterfaceType`? Seems a bit much to have a function's local variables be defined arbitrarily far away.

Request: Provide TypeScript interface definition in the spec

I wasn't thinking for TypeScript specifically but as a JSON schema. You can use other ones if you prefer, TypeScript has a pretty good and well known interface description syntax.

Great stuff. All the others I looked at required local installation and running, so happy to see one that just uses static webpages that can be served off github.io. So...
