Is it possible to allow resubmission from previous round?

Would be nice to allow submitters to reuse logs from previous round. Currently its not possible because loadgen hashes are not backward compatible. FYI: MLCommons Training allows to reuse logs.

A table that has the parameter size for each benchmark would a good datapoint to have.

Please add requirements.txt file

Would be very helpful to add a dependencies file. This is particularly useful when new libraries are used between versions.
