win10下也是这样 版本 4.0.4 之前3.x的版本是没有问题的

1.7.4没有这个问题，但现在我使用了1.7.7版本，数据自动迁移到了1.7.7版本，我退不回1.7.4了，只能使用1.7.7，希望能尽快解决这个问题，谢谢！
截止到1.8.4还是会闪屏，基本上没法使用了，暂时换其它阅读器了，等修复了再切换回来
