I'm using roating proxy but after the three request i'm getting an error.

Yes, it means your proxy not working properly. check your proxy and check it is supporting by instragram or not.
You can use the proxy like this const client = new Instagram({ username, password },{proxy: 'http://username:password@proxyurl:proxyport'}) username, password, proxyurl and proxyport need to be change respectively.
