Entware not working

I followed the description but after Entware-installation and even after a reboot the "opkg" command is not recognized. `opkg install vim -sh: opkg: command not found`

German translation: Word misspelled "ANZIEGE" (Anzeige)

In the German translation (Safari, MacOS), the word “Anzeige” is misspelled in the settings. Unfortunately, this is very prominent and should be changed soon.
