dbt.deferConfigPerProject doesn't work correctly with the "Execute DBT SQL" or "Compiled DBT Preview"

I have the same behavior with dbt Power User version 0.50.5. I'm using dbt-core version 1.8.9 and connector teradata=1.8.2.
