[Optimization] Installer - sudo missing

Installer use "sudo" in Linux. But sometimes there is not "sudo" and user is under root. And therefore not created systemd service. And ./start.sh" not worked too. --------"SCREENSHOT" of comand...

Using JAVA proxy setting not worked

`java -Dhttp.proxy.host=proxy.acme.org -Dhttp.proxy.port=3128 SSLPoke test.acme.org 443 ` If you try to use proxy, SSLPoke do not use it.
