Login backgrounds do not work if the theme is installed away from the moodle standard theme directory.

If you install the theme in a directory away from the standard moodle_root/theme directory (customizing in config.php the variable $CFG->themedir, then the themesettings.php in the ajax directory cannot be found....

Fix asyncronous wait for paypal confirmation and added the custom pay…
