Just installed unit-golf via npm. I get the above error when I try to convert units using $ unit-golf [VALUE_TO_CONVERT], including the example conversion: $ unit-golf 57.3vw

Missing / custom domains - new medium domains are being added regularly

Medium is using more and more 'custom' domains (i.e. name_of_author.medium.com, js.plainenglish.io, javascript.plainenglish.io, historyofyesterday.com**, etc.). I discover new ones almost every week. There is no way this add-on can stay ahead...

The Extensity Menu Opens with two 'packaged' categories. I would love to define the Categories (Groupings) of the Extensions, be able to collapse / expand the Categories - and similar...
