VST version 2.80: Re-enable Automation keeps lighting up in Ableton Live 11

This happens with the VST plugin: https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/209069409-Re-enable-Automation-keeps-lighting-up AU version is fine. VST3 doesn't show up in Live (also a bug maybe?).
