[Bug]: after upgrade to >=3.8.2 the client consumes 100% CPU and shows "synchronising" when opened from the tray

I'm running the Mac desktop client on MacOS 13.4, with the same version of nextcloud server and similar numbers of files. I am having the same problem as described here...
