Similar issue but with different outcome. https://github.com/danielgindi/Charts/issues/4710 These people were trying to have the xAxis automatically update the maximum if it fell outside the datasets max.

I should mention that I've tried updating the contentRect but that gives me undesirable behaviour as the highlight marker is cut off by the rect change so are my yAxis...

HorizontalBarChartView value labels are absent if axisMinimum is not set to zero
