I have the same issue on the entire Kantō region (roads only) of Japan. Its just merging two files. not hundreds. Apparently the file itself is too big at 769.3mb

Ah... now I see from his PR that the chat completions endpoint basically doesn't exist.

(Either way, still having issue - blank response with non-chat and Echo with chat)

Reinstalling all node modules and ensuring sst version strings matched also fixed this issue for me.
