如何捕获到下载时read time out的异常

我重新定制了Downloader之后可以爬取到网页但是数据无法传到ResultItems中所以想调试run(), 但是只要debug的时候就会碰到handleResponse超时的问题，这个方法应该给出参数让使用者自行调配超时时间不好么？
