i see that when enabling to show git commit info, footer on the web page doesn't show latest commit

I am going through your blog post and tried simply to clone the repo to check before i do step by step course. So I did not yet get chance...

alternative are https://image-charts.com/chart? or https://quickchart.io/chart? I can make this change in layout file if people need it? Till then use showQr = False
