Spy's speed doesn't change while he's disguised as some other class

For example: if you disguise as the Scout, your speed won't change to the Scout's speed (400 u/s) but it will remain on the Spy's speed (300 u/s).

Add RSS/Atom support to the blog page

I think it would be helpful to some people to get blog updates via RSS/Atom rather than having to check the Discord server.
