When changing the sorting via dropdown, the selected entry should remain.
The search works only with the fields "Name" and "First name". It could be improved so that it also searches in the reference and ticket number.
The date still returns the wrong time. Please use the corresponding function which is already implemented in saaaster (utc2local).
The button "Open" should better be called "View". Otherwise, you might have the feeling that you are opening the ticket (from the status).
